We envisioned a platform that would do more than just facilitate bookings – it would storytell cities through carefully curated routes and local insights. The solution needed to combine practical functionality with immersive content that captures the romance of exploring urban landscapes by Vespa.
Urban Vespa tours were trapped in outdated booking systems and fragmented tourist experiences. Despite cities' rich cultural tapestries, visitors struggled to discover authentic experiences beyond typical tourist routes, while tour operators managed multiple disconnected systems for bookings and operations.
